Blaž is an all-round percussionist, producer and recorder. He is inspired by any object which he can play rhythm on, which is why he tries to create music by everything he brings back from his travels. He first studied the Latino-American percussions at the Conservatory in Rotterdam, after which he researched Cuban music in Cuba. He continued to play Cuban music for several years in Slovenia, Italy and Croatia. He recorded more than forty albums with his bands or as a visiting musician, some of these he also produces or records (Havana, New Yersey, New Delhi …).

We can hear him play in music groups Brina, Caminoigra, Hamlet express, Mildreds, Fake Orchestra, Sošolci, Matjaž Romih band, Los hermanos muy simpaticos... He also is the producer, musician and composer in theatre plays and films.
